Have eaten at Original Joe's in other areas several times and been very pleased with service and food. While the food here was good, the service was HORRIBLE. We ordered carpaccio as an appetizer and for an item that did not require any cooking, we waited 40 minutes for it. It arrived ONLY after we asked the waitress where it was and pointed out that groups at tables to our right and left who came in about 10 minutes after us, had already been served dinner and were almost done! After a few more minutes, our appetizer finally arrived. We waited AGAIN for a long while before our dinner entrees were delivered.

Took my kids on a solo date night (5y old & 10m old) who honestly are quite well behaved. I just found that I did not want to cook tonight or clean up iykyk, well the girls who work here are nice enough, they're just not very attentive. The waitress rarely asked me how we were doing, I think she either forgot or just didn't think I wanted one but didn't ask if I wanted a drink, didn't care to ask anything really. It was literally just a serve and walk away type of situation and it was extremely slow as well. We hardly were acknowledged upon seating. The girls need to do better there! Otherwise it's priced fairly and the foods okay!

I took my Mom for lunch and the service was super slow. We asked for extra onion on our burgers and got charged $2 each for just a normal amount of onion! Mom was also disappointed with the fries being cold. Then we had to wait forever to get the bill. Mediocre at best, we may as well have gone to A&W. Mom recommended getting the extra onion on the side, but really I will just go somewhere else.
