Roasti Coffee Co: Specialty Coffee Roaster And Cafe is a favourite independent café in Sherwood Park and the east of Edmonton. The atmosphere is fantastic, warm, comfortable, and cozy with good vibes. The staff are great, friendly, and provide excellent service. The coffee is wonderful, with pretty good coffee, a seasonal, fun drink menu, and lots of nice options for different coffee roasts. The food selection is great, including a delicious breakfast. However, one pastry was dry, hard, and thrown out after a bite. Open early at 7 am even on Saturday, the noise level can be high, but there is a patio. Roasti also offers coffee carafes for events and provides super fast delivery of coffee beans.
