We ordered a take out lunch for a staff of 17 and let me tell ya…this place is amazing. We have dietary restrictions and they helped out amazingly. The sandwiches and soup were delicious. Everyone enjoyed it. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks!

Today I returned for lunch - a great place to meet our long time friends. The soup was Turkey noodle - so perfect light and tasty.
My sandwich was Egg Salad - on sourdough. I love the choices the freshness of all ingredients. Friendly staff of course a lemon cookie. We all need sweetness.

Fresh sandwiches made in front of you. Simple ingredients, perfectly seasoned soups. Really nice.

Parking: Free parking lot but it’s in a busy quadrant. Should be able to find parking but not right in front of the doors.

A must visit if you love soup! I wish I worked closer so I could go more often over my lunch break! My personal favourite is the Spicy corn chowder … or is it the Chicken Lasagna soup?? Come to think of it, the Italian Wedding is really good too! Maybe I don’t have a favourite after all ?. I guess that’s the great thing about them having 2 feature soups each day of the week. You can try them all. Can’t wait to try the new Beer Cheddar! I always get a frozen soup to go for home too! Great for those days when you want a warm delicious soup! They are all very flavourful!
I’m personally not big on sandwiches but their’s are so good! I’ve had the egg salad and turkey so far. Both were great with delicious fresh bread and veggie choices! I get mine on the panini! My kids love it here too! Space is clean and inviting and the staff are very friendly.

I recently stumbled upon soup and sandwich co, and it’s now my go-to lunch spot for the perfect soup and sandwich! The selection is fantastic and the ingredients are always fresh, and you can taste the quality in every bite.

The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend the beef barley soup, it’s an explosion of flavors that keeps me coming back for more. Plus, they also sell frozen soups that make the perfect quick dinner meal on the days you forgot to pull something out!

If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and drop by. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing ! Bread was fresh , vegetables were fresh and great variety. Everything tasted amazing ! The soup here .. best I have had - even took soup home with their soup to go containers . Oh , and for dessert.. the most delicious chocolate chip cookie.

The staff were friendly , place was super clean and we will be back , new favorite soup and sandwich place !

Food was good, everything was fresh. Beef barley soup was 10/10! But I ordered the montreal smoked meat sandwich and it was bland and just meh. I asked to get the sandwich toasted and was told it was a $3 additional charge... was also a bit pricey, for sandwich, smallest size soup and a drink it was $24

I loved everything about this place! The food was very home cooked style, delicious and great portions. The service was friendly, the sandwiches are made in front of you subway style but with better quality ingredients. The soup was flavorful and filling. I'll definitely be back and would recommend it for sure.
