This Tim Hortons location is, without a doubt, the cleanest one I’ve visited and I’ve driven all across Northern Alberta. The space has excellent natural light, a great layout, and a welcoming atmosphere. The team working here is fantastic professional, friendly, and clearly committed to keeping the store in top shape. Truly the best location I’ve seen.
It is a beautiful place to go to for a cup of coffee. Renovated and very clean compared with other places in Edmonton.
The single thing I do not give five stars is that it has no free Wi-Fi. I was really surprised to find out that they don't offer it.

I stop by here almost every morning, and it’s honestly one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to. You can tell the manager really looks after the team, because the staff are always upbeat and professional. The place is spotless, and I never end up waiting long since they’re quick to open another till when it gets busy.
