Very poor experience with terrible customer service; the drive-through staff seemed incapable of listening to my order, and I had to repeat it five times. My wife just went through the drive thru for an order. My Teen burger was NOT fresh (meat was dry and chewy) & the onion rings were NOT fresh as well (onion in rings were vaporized) Looked like yesterday's teen burger & reheated onion rings. I should have taken photos. Next time I will if I ever order from there again.

This A&W always has great fresh food. It's also quite clean. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the sound system. It's usually pretty loud techno music which doesn't work very well.
