“Really impressed with the customer service. The cactus cut potatoes definitely take the top of the podium, however the last few times I’ve had them they had a very crispy texture, whereas they used to be made with both a crisp and some softness on the inside.

Since I’d been craving these and hadn’t been getting the same texture the last few times, I mentioned they were overcooked. Was informed that this is how they are made now.
Despite this, a new order has made.

I was looking forward to taking some home for later but had a mishap with the leftovers. My fault at that, but they went out of their way to have me go home with left overs.

I am very much impressed; it’s hard to find customers service this good!
