AAA Alberta beef brisket brined and seasoned with our house rub, and smoked for over 12 hours with real hardwood.
Pulled Pork
Shredded local Alberta pork. Brined and seasoned with our house rub. Smoked over real hardwood.
St. Louis Side Ribs
Local Alberta pork St. Louis side ribs, brined, individually cut, and smoked over hardwood. Choose dry-rubbed or saucy.
Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage (Each)
Made in-house just down the street. This tasty sausage is not too spicy and not too mild, it's just right.
Smoked Chicken
Our chickens come from a farm right outside of St. Albert. Choose a quarter or half. Smoked over hardwood.

Sandwiches
Beef Brisket Sandwich
Brisket, bread, butter, mayo, cilantro, chopped pickles. The combo includes a drink and one side.
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Pulled pork, bread, butter, coleslaw, pickles, and BBQ sauce. The combo includes a drink and one side.
Basic B Smashburger
5 oz. All beef smash patty, LTO, American cheddar, smoked bacon, house pickles + burger sauce on a bun. The combo includes a drink and one side.

Came in had a beer. Spent $87. Full rack of ribs plus half rack. Pound brisket. Some fries … Mac and cheese. Chicken. The guy came from the back and started chopping. I got like pork shrapnel Like last nights ribs? Not even one rib. It was all a mess. Like. What was he chopping????? The chicken was dry. I’m not even trying to be a dick. Like ??? Brisket was 6/10 and that’s crazy for a smokehouse….. Not sure what was served. Not happy....

Had the Brisket & Ribs with coleslaw, mac & cheese and a corn bread. It was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection The portions are a good size and the prices were great! 10/10

I have been to this smokehouse many times and nothing has gone wrong at all. The food is amazing (Try the Basic B Smashburger) and juicy too, the waiters there are top notch, and it is located conveniently near Servus place when athletes need to grab a snack sometimes after sports. Try this smokehouse and the ice cream that is amazing.
