Before we went to a show at Midway Music Hall, I wanted to walk down Whyte Ave to reminisce and get some food. My boyfriend is a celiac, and a taco enthusiast, so we wanted to find a place that met both of these needs. Marlo Tacos met and exceeded our expectations!

We didn't have a reservation and it was quite busy when we arrived. It isn't a huge space, but they have the tables well set up to utilize it. We managed to get one of the last tables in the place, and I'm so glad we did! The atmosphere, food and drinks were all amazing, and our server was so nice. It was nostalgic for me, having lived there a decade ago, as I got to watch people walking around in an area I've spent tons of time in the past. I also remember when the venue used to be a clothing shop!

The server was attentive and happy to confirm the options were gluten free for my boyfriend. We really appreciated the attention to detail and extra care. It means a lot! I will recommend this place to my family and friends who still live in Edmonton, and will be happy to return when next I visit there!“
