Jimmy the owner is such a great guy, I requested a 4- Pepper chili sauce and he not only listened but asked me to write it down so that he can find it and bring it in. Tall about excellent customer service! Great food too!

Went to this location today for the first time was disappointed and after seeing them make the sub i didn’t feel hungry anymore and questioned who boils old chicken to put on a sub? Eww not only that it’s a pretty dirty place dust everywhere and not clean surfaces didn’t even eat the food I bought instead threw it away not gonna risk getting food poisoning or something

The staff at this place is awesome. A gentleman who I suspect is the manager engaged with every client, was polite and efficient. I’ve always loved their subs and now with that service I will coming by more often.

Placed an order on door dash, there was a warning that there was 23 minutes left to order when I initially placed the order. The order sat there for 10 minutes before it was confirmed, then it was confirmed, Dasher was marked as waiting for the order and after 10-15 more minutes the order was cancelled after going back to unconfirmed for a bit. If you don’t want to make orders after a certain time, update your door dash to reflect that so you’re not wasting people’s time.

Would highly recommend checking your receipt when coming here. Twice I've been overcharged. The girls working here aren't very friendly and are very slow even when there's no one else here. The tables are almost always dirty from not being wiped down.

Waited in a empty restaurant with 1 other customer for over 15 minutes to order. Employees just ignoring me completely. I finally just left and said forget it. Complete waste of time. Never going back to this location and I suggest you do same if want to be appreciated for your business considering lots places are struggling. I think I'll go to a local place instead that will appreciate my business and not completely ignore me. Floors behind counter and in customer areas are filthy and the prep stations completely unorganized and unkept ...while wasting my time I watched the employee slice cheese and then some type of meet of same slicer without sanitizing station first. Watched cross contamination first hand and will be reporting to AHS and the st Albert food inspector Kathryn.
