Ego is not the greatest. Food could definitely be better. Also, preferred when they included things like miso soup. Not going to be a regular place for me when there are so many other better choices.

Brand new restaurant in a brand new mall. If you've been to an Edo before, then you know what to expect. It is fast food but fresh. This particular restaurant was no exception. Young staff (probably high school age) but very polite and helpful. I've always gone to Edo for lunch but assume that a supper would offer the same menu choices. I'm a noodle person myself and I prefer a beef and shrimp yakisoba. Totally recommend.

Good sushi for the value, rice is well seasoned for western taste. Salmon on nigiri is the lean one not the fatty one. Kid loved the chicken ramen kids meal. Rice is a little smashed together which I think is expected for this value?Only real complain is, please never put the super hot ramen in the same bag as the super cold raw sushi.
