Great food. The only thing im upset about is that this 2 bite mac and cheese cost an extra 5$. It would be great to see a little nicer of a portion.

We weren’t acknowledged by the hostess when we first walked in the lady said maybe 2 words to us “sit down” and pointed to our table. we waited over 25 minutes to get our drinks and order our food which also took 25 minutes just for 2/3 burgers to be undercooked. There were two waitresses on shift, however, only one was actually working and taking orders while the other stood around doing nothing (the hostess)

Food is delicious and customer service here for dine-in has always been great! The portions are fair and all of the servers and manager I have met are all very nice and go above and beyond.I would definitely recommend going here but unfortunately the takeout service is lacking as I recently ordered, and it was not up to their regular standards. Cutlery was not providedV portions were smaller, and even though the meal was picked up on time everything was cold and must’ve been sitting out for awhile. I ordered grilled cheese, eggs, hashbrowns, and tomato soup. These items were not enjoyable cold.I do still love ricky’s though and i’d recommend, but I hope the takeout will improve so that I can still enjoy the delicious food without having to sit down!?

Went there for brunch. I was with 3 kids and 3 adults. The food was good. Service was a bit slow, but other than that, everything went well.

Top notch experience for a dine in meal.On a previous pick-up order, there was a minor error. I had called back to inform them, and they were polite and agreed. On the recent visit they more than made up for the minor error.Great place. Large food portions. Fair pricing.Would recommend

I am disappointed. 18 dollars for an eggs benny that had maybe half a strip of bacon on it. What on earth? I ate it because I'm chubby and hungry but I feel like the almost no bacon was a rip off. The redeeming factor for me was the waiter was very pleasant and did a great job serving us. I'm just sad about my lack of bacon.... gimme ma bacons!
