“I'm obsessed with this place. Part of me doesn't want to tell anyone about it because it's a hidden gem. Their braised beef soup is amazing. Love the homey service. Love the hole in the wall decor and vibe. None of the plates or cups match and I find that very charming. My go to soup place.“

“Our family of 5 visited Edmonton for one night before we flew back to Toronto and Vincent (the owner) made our dining experience so much more memorable! The food was great and the service is 6 out of 5 if I could give 6 stars! Would definitely recommend to others!“

“If you're looking for some great sandwiches, this place is one of my favourite lunch spots in Edmonton. They absolutely load their sandwiches full of toppings and the prices are fantastic. They have some good lunch specials, and delicious extras like cookies and banana bread. Because they're closed on the weekends, I often have a hard time getting there, but I go out of my way to go there for lunch when I have the chance. It's in an industrial area and obviously caters to the people who work nearby as a lunch spot, but I love this place so much! The people who work there are always super friendly and as soon as there's a lull in their busy lunch line, they stop by your table to check on you. I highly recommend checking this place out if you have the chance and you're looking for a great sandwich!

“We have been ordering sandwiches and treats for all our staff during the busy holidays at our shop. For over a decade They keep us fed and happy. We had to get individual wrapped sandwiches during the pandemic. And they were fabulous as always. The food is delicious. The service is amazing. Thank you for feeding us during our busiest times.“

“Yummy! My sandwich was so delicious, again. The bread was crispy as were the vegetables. The meat was fresh and there was just the right amount of pate. I have had at least five banh mi cold cut sandwiches in the past month or so. The staff are very friendly and quick to take your order and get you a glass of water if you are ordering to go. My favorite go to place for a nice light bite. Thanks Da Kao!!“

“This place is unreal. Why? Hand pulled noodles. Mouth watering broth. I had the house special beef noodle soup. I don’t know how they marinated and stewed that beef but let me tell you this is marry me beef noodle soup. Why? Get down there and find out! The bowl is gigantic. They want you to eat like you’re a guest at your friends auntie’s house. Bring an appetite. And the spoon is dope. This changed the game for me. I’ll be back“

“Amazing! I wish we had an Olive Garden! Lotta gave us the best experience even despite the extremely rude Italian family sitting next to us on Sunday august 31st between 6 and 7pm. I hope they see this, I almost threw my breadsticks at them but that would have been such a waste. Anyway thanks for the great dinner.“
“Stumbled upon this sandwich shop in Brockville while traveling. We had just left Subway because the line was long and slow and so glad we did,. We enjoyed wonderful sandwiches made with fresh ingredients. And look forward to returning at a future date to try their smoothies - they look delicious!“

“So sad to have discovered this place a month before I move out of the area!
I have only ordered delivery so I can't speak to the restaurant experience but the food is delicious!
The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the meat comes frozen for the Pho soup and it cools the broth right off.
Portions are great!
Salad rolls are huge!
Green onion cakes are on point!
So much meat in the soup.
Broth is so good that I save it for later after I've ate all the meat and noodles.“

“I stopped by Chopped Leaf for lunch and was really impressed. The ingredients were super fresh, and everything tasted clean and flavorful. I ordered the Bangkok wrap, and the peanut sauce was amazing—rich but not heavy. The staff was friendly and helped me pick something I’d like, which was nice.
