Went in an hour before close on Sunday night with my sister for a drink, the barista ignored us and didn’t take our order and rolled their eyes at us. The barista also yelled at us. There was nobody in the store and it was obvious they were displeased at us coming in an hour before close. Check your attitude and maybe don’t be in customer service if you’re going to berate your customers for ordering a drink. Terrible service, rude. I asked for a decaf and she told me she couldn’t make my drink decaf out of spite even though you can, as I’ve gotten it before. Was snappy and made me feel dumb for asking for a different order after. Honestly the most awful service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never had bad service at this starbucks except for with this one barrista. If I ever go back and they are working, I will request service from a different barrista.

Drive-through shouldn’t be 14 minutes waiting time for a mobile order and no cars on front of meand then received my late without whipping cream very disappointed my late is cold by the way the whipping cream might melted. Meanwhile it was sitting foreverThat male server should’ve just opened the window and give me my late out instead being trained meanwhile, customer waiting

Unbelievably slow. Placed an online order that said it would be ready in 4 - 7 minutes, and has taken more than 40 minutes (and counting). This was for a regular latte and an espresso. Just terribly slow with no communication.

Both times I've been here in the last 2 weeks have been abysmal. I was nearly in tears today. I got my food in about 10 mins but not my drink. I stood there and they ignored me. I went up to the cashier area while a server played with her phone and was gossiping. My latte took 22 minutes to be served.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Came in today to be told that it’s a 30 minute wait for any drinks ! We just walked out , people inside the store didn’t seem too impressed either !Last time we went we waited about 30 min or so without being told it would be so long.I have worked in customer service and have also ran a restaurant and never once did anyone have to wait this long.If it were me I would be re training or hiring new staff! As it’s absolutely ridiculous for people to wait that long for stuff that should be done quickly .I highly recommend people don’t come to this location because of the lack in service

Extremely slow! 11 vehicles lineup for drive through and 35 minutes walk-in wait with only 4 people lineup inside as they prioritize drivethrough orders. As they rush, they don't pay attention to the quality of drinks. My chai is so watered down.

I was greeted and served by Faaria. This was my first visit at this location. The store was quite busy and I was advised they were doing their best to clear the backlog (both in the store and the drive through) but it might be a few minutes to complete my order. I was waiting for a friend anyway so I sat at one of the tables. Next thing I know, Faaria was delivering my ice water (I guess I hadn't heard my name being called). She is definitely a good role model of service EXCELLENCE. Soon after my ban was called for my latte - which was delicious and perfectly made.Great job team #23363 ???

I never go to Starbucks but a friend had introduced me to the nitro drink. So after waiting in drive-through for 15 minutes, I find out this location doesn't sell that drink, not all do apparently.So I ordered a vanilla bean frappuccino. I should have just left without anything. It was essentially just crushed ice with cream on top. The only flavor it had was the taste of cardboard off the straw.Waste of time and $7. Won't be going to a Starbucks again.

This was genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. My drink was made in less than 5 mins which was awesome but my friends drink took them 25 minutes after mine to make. They also got my drink order wrong. I’m usually not uptight about fast food chains but this was so awful. They were so quiet saying the names of peoples orders too so half the customers couldn’t tell if their drink was done or not

Last week I couldn’t have a latte because the barista told me I would wait for half an hour, so I ordered a regular coffee, which was pretty bad- very watery.Today I ordered latte on my app,hoping it would be done in 10 minutes.I ordered 10 minutes before I got there, but not only it wasn’t ready yet- I had to wait for another 17 minutes in the store!?I don’t know what is happening with that location, but I don’t want to go back there again.
