Both times I've been here in the last 2 weeks have been abysmal. I was nearly in tears today. I got my food in about 10 mins but not my drink. I stood there and they ignored me. I went up to the cashier area while a server played with her phone and was gossiping. My latte took 22 minutes to be served.
I was greeted and served by Faaria. This was my first visit at this location. The store was quite busy and I was advised they were doing their best to clear the backlog (both in the store and the drive through) but it might be a few minutes to complete my order. I was waiting for a friend anyway so I sat at one of the tables. Next thing I know, Faaria was delivering my ice water (I guess I hadn't heard my name being called).
