I don't write reviews but I have to say I didn't wait long inside and the 3 ladies at the till one was the manager and all were very friendly and helpful cause the ice caps have really sucked for the last 6 months everywhere I go but I explained the problem of too much cream and they made me a really good ice cap I will be going there when im in the city thank u
Wonderful location. First time at this one. You can tell the staff care. Probably a direct reflection on their boss.
Wheelchair accessibility: I was on a walker and one arm in a sling due to recent surgery.
I MADE it. And the staff were very helpful. Oh, ya, to the kind hearted, young good looking man who, not once but twice, left his seat with his coffee and got the doors in and out,

Very busy location. Looks like a hangout for seniors which is really nice to see. Only con was that the mens washroom was filthy and there was NO TP. Tried to tell someone but got a disinterested look.Another service industry struggling with staff shortages and people who just have no purpose to serve the public. The staff looked very tired. I feel for them.
