I used to come to this Tim Hortons all the time and Darwin always made my day. I just came back today and he is still the happiest and friendliest person! Love this location.

This is by far my favourite Tim Hortons in St. Albert. The manager Danielle, is always friendly and accurate with my orders. It’s always clean, and the food comes out quick, and it’s hot and fresh every time. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Kudos to her and her amazing team for their wonderful service. 5⭐️’s !!!!!!

No attendant in front of the counter, everyone at the back, don't know what they're busy with.There should always be someone by the counter to take orders.We waited for few minutes and no one came to check.

Two times in row they forget my son hockey cards, And the new young boy in the drive thru he’s rude.

I had a disappointing customer service experience. The employee named 'James' who assisted me at the drive-thru appeared disengaged and unhelpful when I informed him about the missing 3 donuts from my purchase, intended for my children. James' demeanor reflected a significant attitude issue.Consequently, I had no choice but to purchase an additional set of 3 donuts as a replacement for my kids.
