We had a great experience at this location on Thanksgiving Monday. Trina served us and she was so personable and lovely. The food was amazing, better than most big restaurant food! The facility was clean, especially the washrooms. Overall, a wonderful experience and credit is due! Thank you from my family and I for making our roadtrip home that much better.
Here at the TABER Alberta location, I just wanted to take the time to say that the service I get on a daily basis is amazing. A special mention to Julius who is always so friendly and has a smile on his face even when it’s really busy he takes the time to make sure my order is right and has a smile on his face!
I normally love A&W, especially the Taber location. However today I was a little disappointed because although the servers weren't rude they also didn't seem happy. I had ordered sweet potato fries but they brought regular fries to my table. When I asked them about it they just responded "you have regular fries" and dismissed me. I would have appreciated you switching them or at least double checking what was ordered because the person I was there with...
