Clearly they have staffing issues. This resturant is always slow. Both instore and drive thru. I have even pre ordered to make the stop quicker and still had to park and wait. I drive through Valleyview frequently and sadly if I'm stopping here I have to dedicate almost 25mins for "fast food". Reading other reviews I see they lease from Petro but it is very annoying you can't access the bathroom without exiting the store and going to the next.
