We went here twice on the september long weekend. the service is noticeably terrible. The bigger bald headed barista served us the first day and was very unfriendly. We chalked it up to maybe he was just having a bad day, but no, this guy IS a bad day. Grumpy, rude and generally just unkind. We regretted coming back the second day, no smiles, no thank you, drops your drink on the counter with just the first word of the drink’s name and walks away. I went to the bistro. It was excellent. The staff were terrific and the drinks were so good. It definitely earns five stars.
I’m surprised by some of the reviews criticizing the lack of variety. It’s a small-town business, and I think it’s unfair to expect the same selection as a big-city location. We had wonderful service about two weeks ago. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making our visit easy and enjoyable, especially with a toddler. We’d happily come back!
