“Horrible experience Firstly I want to say. Our waitress was wonderful. Our food was just ok. What made this a horrible experience was the owner that made an inappropriate comment after we requested to watch the Oilers /Flames game. He loudly responded what channel game do you want to watch,Chinese hockey? As he laughed out loud to himself. He was obviously intoxicated. A racist reference to Chinese folks that was sickening to hear. When confronted . He didn't apologize. He continued to make excuses for his comment. Needless to say. We will never be back when visiting the area.“

We were blown away. Honestly, we were a little hesitant to order a Great White North from anywhere other than Boston Pizza—it’s a classic, and usually tough to beat—but this place absolutely knocked it out of the park. It far exceeded our expectations and delivered one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time.

The crust was spot on—soft and chewy with a beautiful golden edge that gave each bite a perfect finish. There was no skimping on the cheese or toppings either; they were generous, well-balanced, and evenly spread across the pie. The sauce isn’t overly spiced, which we actually appreciated—it complements everything without trying to steal the spotlight. It’s just good, honest pizza done right.

You’ll want to call ahead or be ready to wait about 20–25 minutes for a whole pizza, but trust us—it’s worth every second. Whether you're local or just passing through, make time to check this place out. Small-town pizza joints like this one are rare, and when you find one that gets it, it deserves a little spotlight.
