“There business model is pretty fun every week on monday they have a new assortment of cookies you csn gonthoigh and pick out. Then vote on your fav's. And i gave them a four because theres only 2 down sides the price is a little steep BUT when they say large cookies they aren't exaggerating most of the time i cant finish a cookie in one sitting they are sooo good though so theyre worth it. Plus tbey deliver. The other one is that they change the menu every week so say your craving a certain cookie you cant go and get it anytime you want it all depends on the list of options that week. And if your not fond of anything that week you kinda you gotta wait till.next week. And you never know when theyll put out. Your favorite cookie. They should make s little side list of certain favs that you can order whenever. Other than that cookies and little cakes they have are soo good and worth it. Plus they deliver! Yum!“

“Neat bakery & retail space in Spenard. I come here to get my Franz buttermilk toaster biscuits cuz they are cheaper than other grocery stores if they even have them. It's evil how the aisle where you enter the store is all Donuts! Just daring you to get to the next aisle without grabbing something! Get the reusable shopping bag, it's really big and has a fun animal circus cookie on the bag! Sometimes wish they had a little more variety but then I would just spend more. A nice little weekend stop.“

“Today, I helped my dear friend, Sylvia, celebrate her 100th birthday at Eva's Cupcakery. Yesterday, Eva and I coordinated details via telephone so that when we arrived today Eva had it all planned. Excellent cupcakes, gracious hospitality, blue bird sky day in Anchorage, and a 100th birthday for a woman who gave and gives so much to Alaska. How could it possibly be better than that? Thank you, Eva!“

“What a delightful place my wife and I went today. We felt like we stepped through the door and into Germany again. We haven't had so delicious of coffee since leaving Germany. The fresh blueberry Belgian waffles are fantastic, as well as the pastries these German women make themselves. It was such a delightful place We discovered today, and we will make it our regular go-to place every Sunday.“

“Nina, the owner was kind enough to set up a special tea party for me and my out of town guest. Her shop has a large selection of loose leaf teas and it was busy in there but she was patient and helped us find something we liked, even offering us a sample of their house tea. The tea sandwiches were flavorful and delicate. The doughnuts were so good!!! There’s so much to see in this little shop and plenty of delicious treats. I will be back!“

“The owner and her staff gave excellent customer service and thought of every detail to make sure we had a great experience with a large and varied order including some special requests. The engineers in our office were very happy! We will definitely be contacting them to try their fresh salads, sandwiches and veggie trays in future.“

“They sell a variety of things. I came in and bought some delish songpyeon (half moon shaped rice cakes that have sweet or semi sweet fillings) for my bosses and they loved them. I also bought some soy bean cakes and they liked those too. They have a variety of savory or sweet options. If you're up for variety stop in and grab something. Note: this is a little shop where you purchase your items and take them. Not a dine-in place.“

“I've been in Anchorage, Alaska 5 weeks moving here from San Francisco and I was super excited that there was a cinnabon in the downtown area because where I come from again in San Francisco you literally have to take two or three different buses or trains to get to the closest cinnabon and that was never feasible. So now I live near downtown and lo and behold. Do you have a cinnabon. So I've tried the original but my favorite ones are the centers and today you had this apple crumble topping so I got that and literally with the side of cream cheese. I was in heaven because it was ooey and gooey and decadent and moist all at the same time and 30 seconds in the microwave made it perfect so thank you thank you thank you cinnabon and all the counter people that make this experience possible and it gives me a little bit of joy too ;)“

“They have all kinds of breads, bagels, tortillas, coffee, chips, even cases of little Debbie’s for cheap. The cheapest you would ever find. If you have kids, if you pack lunches, if your kids teachers want you to send snacks for the class, I suggest you shop here. You will not be disappointed. It’s the best.“

It's a bit spendy, yes, but it's a gourmet bakery and you get what you pay for. Our daughter got the raspberry chocolate one for her birthday and she said there's no going back to sheet cake. I definitely recommend treating yourself to a slice...I guarantee you'll walk out with a whole cake they're just that incredible!*I also recommend the Mongolian beef combo for a quick lunch, paid $11 but the serving sizes of meat and rice were HUGE, so much so it was more than enough for my lunch and ate the rest for dinner so worked out.“

“I've been getting my birthday cakes from the Flying Dutchman for almost 40 years and I still love them so much. I love the meat rolls a lot too, and the buttery moppen is a favorite. My family gets excited every time I come home with a box of treats. Just delicious.“

They change out there Joe and their case every 30 minutes whether it's sold or not and if you eat it while it's hot it is the best on the planet like anything if you let it cool it loses some flavor but if you eat it well it's hot it is the best.“
