7 Best Breakfast Restaurants in Anchorage

“I come here every single time I fly into Anchorage. It's sooo good and the portions are huge! My favorite thing is that you can get a bowl of lacinato kale with your meal. But don't get me wrong- you don't have to go greens like I do. The bacon is awesome and the burritos are the size of a puppy lol. My partner says the coffee is great- I always get a green drink like the spicy kale lemonade (not spicy or tart despite the name). They have menus on the entrance counter so you aren't holding up the line deciding. The only thing I struggle with is their amazing pastry display right next to the counter ha. The service is great, it's always clean (especially the bathroom), and it's a really cozy atmosphere. I don't recommend large groups- maybe it's fine but I'd think seating would be difficult to accommodate. Oh, and even though I've never had to wait for a table to open, there's a foyer at the main entrance.“

“My husband ordered a steak and I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Rolls from the appetizer menu. It was during happy hour, so my food was half price. We both loved our food. The cocktails were delicious and the view was excellent as well. The service was out of this world. This may be a new favorite in the Anchorage area.“

“Open floor plan with tables and booths. It was not busy when I was there but if it were to have been I could see how it could be very noisy. I had steak and eggs, stake was ordered medium rare and eggs over well. Steak was well done and eggs had runny whites. Service was ok for being told they were short staffed, but after one visit for our other and a second to deliver the plates never saw the server again.“

“Took a minute or two to be seated but they were pretty busy. Server was pretty good, definitely attentive. Checked in on us fairly often. Got the short stack, and it was exactly the way it always is! Perfect comfort food! Love the place, will be eating here again as soon as I can!“

“I had a Door Dash order that was taking overly long. My Dasher had to leave because it was taking so long. I get the notification about the issue. I call them and talk to the manager, I believe. He was most courteous and professional. It was a technology glitch with the printer. I wanted to come here right after getting off the phone to praise gis Customer Service.“

“It's an ihop but I was particularly happy with their omlette and their protein pancakes. It was the perfect low calorie meal and filled me up.
Their jalapeño burger was also spicy and lived up to its name.
