This place has AMAZING food. I have been to both locations and they never fail to provide friendly service and great food. Good potion sizes and a good amount of choices of what to eat.

The food here is terrible! My partner ordered some food and for whatever reason the front counter guy kept his food to the side for an extra 15 minutes before calling his number. This restaurant is racist to everyone that isn't Hawaiian.

My son ordered a teriyaki bowl that we were going to share. Well...no one ate it. Teriyaki itself is a strong flavor, no need to really add anything else. Apparently, they doused the top of the meat with teriyaki sauce also. We tried scraping the sauce off the top to try to make it edible since we don't like to waste. Nope. I'm sure there are better things on the menu, but at least you know what to avoid!

I think something is off with the quality of the meat. Got a mixed bbq plate and the chicken hadn’t been marinated much at all and the spare rib was cut so thick you had to like tear it apart with your teeth like a wild animal ?. Rice was still good and the teri beef was okay but quality of the meat and the marinade left me adding soy sauce for flavor. Service was good and the person taking orders was pleasant but the food itself was a bummer.

My child and I each ordered and got the spam musubi. It broke a part very easily. It was hot to upon receiving it. Maybe it was sitting under the hot light a bit long. The color of the spam is off, the seaweed isnt fresh. The rice was decent. While the service was extremely fast, the musubi seems old. I’m really eating it because I’m hungry. It was $4.05 each.
This is the second time we’ve come recently and have been disappointed each time.
I came back to try again but not sure we will again, unfortunately.

Love the spam musubi. Also, the reviews critical of the workers are kinda meh. I'd love to see ya'll work in a loud, crowded mall around screaming kids and keep a smile on your face. People frown. Get over it.

This comment is for the location on Tudor.You are the best. The best crew ever. The cooks are the greatest and oh my lawd they never failThe front counter, amazing and very professional.Love it, love it there.Dimond Mall Location review-The other location at the Dimond Mall do not eat there!!!!The front counter has horrible service and very rude. They eat while taking orders, in fact they are giving away free food to their family and friends..We caught it on camera.The food there sucks. Do not go there to that location

food is great! but the workers are obviously going through something and taking it out on costumers with mean looks and stare downs. i would definitely recommend eating there, but its just the workers that makes the vibe so off.
