Our go-to Pho spot in Anchorage. I get the rare steak Pho everytime, it’s so good. The steak is sliced very thin and is super tender. You can ask for the raw steak on the side if you want to cook it in the broth yourself (I always do this if we get it take-out so that it doesn’t get overcooked, the way they pack the soup the broth stays very hot!). The portion sizes for the soup is large too. The crab wontons are really good too, and the Alaska spring roll...
I’ve been going to Phonatik since they opened almost 10 years ago, and it has been nice to see them grow over the years.
I like their menu because it has a good variety, and the food is pretty solid overall. The dine-in service has generally been good, and the restaurant itself looks clean, modern, and comfortable.

I consistently go here with my friends and it’s a great and CLEAN restaurant, the atmosphere of the art on the walls and music 💯, great service from the servers and they’re really funny, and the food! So good, my favorite is the Oxtail Pho. When it’s busy and I go with let’s say a table of 5 we have to wait like 5-15 minutes which is honestly better than any other restaurant, but it’s 100% worth the wait, promise.
