I’m a transplant from Louisiana. Went to Anchorage for eye surgery and found out there is a Raising Canes there. Love my Canes made me think of home. They do have a lot of homeless around and one lil guy asked for food so of course I’m not going to let anyone go hungry.

This staff goes above and beyond and they are super friendly.

I first found Raising Canes when they opened near my place in New Orleans. Never expected to find one Alaska. Same awesome food, same vibes and service. The chicken is as good if not better than one could expect, the service was excellent, fast and courteous and the environment made me feel like I was back in NOLA. I had a Jones for their chicken and sauce for a decade after leaving and they opened up in the far north and gave me the ability to satisfy the craving. Very pleased...
