If you're a student on the University of Alaska campus, you've probably grabbed a bite to eat at the student union. Whether it's instant ramen or Red Bull from upstairs or subway from downstairs, you'll leave somewhat sated. However, there is only one microwave, and usually a long line for microwave usage around lunch. The food is slightly overpriced, but not enough to make your pockets bleed. They have a 5 dollar card limit so buy your ramen in bulk. The seating is a mixture of pretty comfortable and ikea grade impracticality. Overall, it's pretty nice, and a good place to hang with fellow students or binge with the university wifi.
