Siam Cuisine is a restaurant that has been serving delicious Thai, Laotian, and Vietnamese dishes for years. It is located on the corner of W. Dimond Blvd. and Angela Pl., near Creekside Mall and Burlington Coat Factory. The interior is modern and spacious, adorned with ornaments and pieces native to Southeast Asia.
The menu is extensive and offers a wide variety of dishes. The lunch special, priced at $18.95, includes two entrees, chicken egg drop soup, and a choice of deep-fried or fresh spring rolls. Popular choices include Panang Chicken Curry and Chicken Wings, with the curry being perfectly spicy and flavorful, and the wings crispy and juicy. Other dishes worth trying are Rama Peanut Sauce Halibut, Pho Soup, and Bangkok Duck Curry. Vegans can enjoy many options, including drunken noodles with homemade flat noodles, spicy eggplant, and kang ped, all made vegan and customizable for extra spice.
The service is friendly, and the environment remains simple and comfortable, even when busy. The Pho Combo is highly recommended for its rich broth and unique taste, and the fried chicken appetizer is crispy, juicy, and perfectly sweet and sour. Customers have praised the hot, fresh, and flavorful food, especially the Kao Piek Sen Soup with crispy pork belly and the house fried rice. The restaurant can also make Thai tea with coconut milk. While prices are on the higher side, the generous portions and quality ingredients make the food worth every penny.
