They were friendly and welcoming, had a great selection, and everything I tried was top notch. The entire place was sparkling clean as well (even the bathroom). I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again!
I love the beer and the food at Silver Gulch. It is by far one of my favorite places to eat out in the Interior!
We love Silver Gulch Brewing. We have been coming here for years whenever we are in Fairbanks. The new manager was super friendly. Kristina was a wonderful waitress and so friendly. The salmon burger special was excellent and my husband had the fish and chips. He loved it. Rueben rolls were good too. We took dessert to go but I am sure that will be delicious as well. We will be back.

Silver Gulch Brewing & Bottling Co. is an airport restaurant that offers a good dining experience. The menu features a variety of choices, with food described as tasty. The potato wedges and fried pickles spears are particularly enjoyable, while the fire-baked pizza is highly praised. The reindeer sausage pizza is worth mentioning, as it is big enough for two people to share and is a favorite among customers. The service is attentive and efficient, with customers noting that they pay right away, allowing for a quick departure after the meal. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere with a nice view, and sitting at the window is fun and relaxing. Customers find the place very clean, including the bathroom, and appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff. The salmon burger special, 49th State Brewery burger, and fish and chips are highly recommended, and the portions are generous. Prices are reasonable, making it a good spot during travels to and from Anchorage. Although sometimes slower during busy times, the overall experience remains positive, with many eager to return on their next visit to Anchorage or Fairbanks.
