The young woman that served me today before 2 PM, she served me last week as well. She has a bad attitude. I ordered a HOT drink and she served it to me cold. Excuse me, this drink is cold. She snapped at me and questioned it. Her customer service needs to be addressed.

Got a mocha cookie crumble today, drink was made poorly. Half of it was thr drink and the rest was filled with whipped cream and barely any cookie crumble.
