This could possibly be the worst Starbucks in Anchorage. I live nearby, but I will travel to other locations just because this one is so terrible. Every time I come here, there is ALWAYS an issue. Sometimes I come and they are closed because no one showed up, and other times I’ve come and they are missing food items, ingredients etc. They should seriously consider closing this location. Every time I go to this location they are always a new hire learning the ropes. Employees are slow. They are always out of stock on certain things. Their coffee drinks are subpar. Always disappointing.
