The lady at drive through Ms. Marla is awesome. The drink wasn't, whipped cream got scooped off and light ice was regular ice. Not happy at all! At least she gave me a $4 coupon for next time, but it won't be this Starbucks for sure!
Who manages this store? Last week this Starbucks store hours were listed as opening at 0530 and yesterday the new hours are opening at 0740. Can someone reach out and help the manager make a consistent schedule?

Very disappointed with my order. I ordered my usual(vietnamese style coffee) This is usually brown in color and is usually $4.10 but not only I got billed $6.50, they also messed up the flavor and this is super sweet and the staff here seems like they don’t love their job, not creative at all and no attention to details.
