When we got home however and opened it you could see where croutons were put on and scooped off, i only caught it because there was season on the top. Terrible service and uninspired food. My wife was served the wrong meal then the waitress disappeared. We waved down someone else's waitress and they removed the wrong meal and reordered the correct one. After 15 minutes we asked a second waitress if she could check on the order. We never saw her again. When it finally arrived 10 minutes later the grilled chicken looked like a couple of Tyson frozen breasts covered in BBQ sauce. Not good. No manager came to check on us. No compensation or apology was offered. Honestly, you can do better.

It's very popular but loud. The steaks are top notch and great service. We didn't have to wait for a table on a Saturday night and I was surprised. That's becoming a tradition when we go to Anchorage.

Our server was very attentive and polite and made our 6yo nephews birthday evening by letting him ride the saddle.
I tried to have my friend's birthday here. We grew to 12 people. Despite calling ahead and being told they could work with us, they seated us an hour after arriving. I had to go tell them again that I had called in at 5:30 pm like the instructions said for groups bigger than 8. It took quite a while to get water for our group. Then when our food arrived at 9:15 pm (we started at 7 pm) it was cold. I will NEVER go back with a group bigger than 6 if I go back. This experience of poor service soured me. Then, when we went to pay, our options for dividing the bill were very limited.
