I tried to have my friend's birthday here. We grew to 12 people. Despite calling ahead and being told they could work with us, they seated us an hour after arriving. I had to go tell them again that I had called in at 5:30 pm like the instructions said for groups bigger than 8. It took quite a while to get water for our group. We had dinner on a Friday night. Bad decision. The place was packed. It took forever to get waited on. It took forever to get our food. Our food wasn't hot when it finally got served. I won't make the mistake of trying to go on a Fri/Sat night again. Normally the food and service are fantastic.

It's very popular but loud. The steaks are top notch and great service. We didn't have to wait for a table on a Saturday night and I was surprised. That's becoming a tradition when we go to Anchorage.
