Decided to try out top bop after seeing it's reviews. We ordered takeout for a beef bowl with dumplings & a katsu bowl with dumplings. Placing the order online was super easy, the staff was cool, and they had organized social distancing when picking up your order. The food was okay, my beef bowl didn't really have any flavor to it and I felt kinda queasy after having it. My husband liked his katsu bowl, but he's not really into spiced foods. There was a ton of food, but it just wasn't for me.

Top Bop has become one of our to-go go-tos. It's always delicious and such a quick and easy stop. I love how easy it is to add some shrimp tempura or dumplings on days we're hungry for a little more.

Grabbed a quick bite, spicy pork bop was a little too sweet for me. Nothing spectacular. Good heat though. Prices are legit. If you like proteins over carbs in a bowl- check this place out!

I have picked up from this location twice now. First time I ordered online second I called in and waited in the parking lot. I only order the 4 piece shrimp tempura with rice. $8.99 for the shrimp and $2 extra for the rice. The sauce automatically is level two which isn't spicy. Level 3 is the start of the spice. Guy said 10-15 minutes. It would be nice if they called when it was done but I think they are too busy for that. They ask for your number when ordering though. It probly sat for a few minutes.

Top Bop has such an awesome business model. We'd never ordered from this particular location before, but as at other locations- our experience was precisely the same, excellent. This local business' ability to consistently deliver a quality product, exactly the same way, every time, in under 15 mintes, at an affordable price, even in the middle of a pandemic is really impressive!Great food. So I've been to this location many times and it's not as good as the other ones things tend to get forgotten here. Today I ordered the tempura shrimp, potstickers and a poke bop sauce on the shrimp and potstickers was completely forgotten and the rice in the poke mushy and it was under seasoned at the other location it's perfect I dont think I'll order from the south location ever again not till things change it just feels like a waste of money

Didn't quite know what to expect or order. My friend gets this all the time so I ordered her fav kind. Spicy pork. The sauce was great, meat and veggies well prepared. I genuinely liked it. Crispy won tons, yum. Good left overs and tons of food.. I'd have it again.

The catfish platter was sorry! It has been way better before. The fish looked as if 2 or 3 fillets were sliced in halves to make more pieces and the fries were stale. The price was fine however i walked in and the cook stated someone would be with me shortly. He then began cursing loudly saying there should be other people on shift besides 2 people. Then the 2nd cook saw me waiting and asked if had been helped and the 1st cook said I did help her while still complaining about there's not another person at work. The 2nd cook brought my food out nicely. I'm not sure if I'll return.

The food is amazing but their customer service sucks, I called to place a pick up order and I said I wanted a number 7 and I was gonna tell her to add 2 shrimp tempuras but she interrupted me saying "anything else?" Then again she asked me and I told her to add extra sauce on the bowl she kept saying "anything else?", like maybe if you would shut up I could tell you if there's anything else. Really trying to get off the phone!Update- picked up my food and there's extra sauce but not on my shrimp tempura!

Excellent food, decent service but a number system would work better for orders. Also, the seaweed salad was super small, i guess i should've expected the small size for $2.50.
