I wanted pork belly but didn’t want to eat from a food truck because I wanted to sit indoors.
Thought I would try Wei.
Ordered pork belly rice bowl and a cucumber salad. Was ready to be disappointed but wow, what a pleasant surprise. The pork was tender and succulent with a hint of five spice. Sooo yummy. The salad was in a sauce of chili oil and rice vinegar with other ingredients and it to was surprisingly delicious.

Very expensive place, but probably the best Chinese food in town.
