When I entered Arby's my teammates and I were immediately confronted by disgruntled employee's, this made all of us feel very uncomfortable and scared. The front desk employee proceeded to call her manager who got up in my coaches face and proceeded to yell and shout at my coach instead of hearing the other side of the story. On top of all this the food was pretty terrible, soggy, wet, and over very disappointing.

The team about 8:30 p.m. on the 18th of October to the fantastic job of making me feel welcome and that they were making my order fresh and it would be ready shortly!
Also super friendly staff, which is especially nice sense I, when I do come, it’s after I get off work so they are typically 30 minutes to closing. As for the food, it’s Arby’s. I love Arby’s, but I get not everyone’s a fan. Thankfully they don’t mess up orders or ruin the food like some other Arby’s have to me. Thanks again for taking my late night orders ?

I really like the Arby's Jalepeno bites, the double meat Reuben and the classic beef and cheddar - not a fan of American barely 51% cheese product... I don't think they use it here at all. Crew is fuller now and they seem to be happy working here!Parking: Free, lots of spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Looks to be ADA compliant!

This Arbys has seriously gone down hill. Over the past 6 months the quality dropped in a bad way. Need better staff

This place is on it, and has been for a few years now. Lobby is almost always open, and well staffed. Service is immensely quicker than just about anyone else in Eagle River right now and food still tastes great. The place is usually clean, everyone is friendly, I can't really come up with a downside here. All the other fast food places nearby desperately need to take notes because Arby's has service no one else can match right now(that's not a high bar though, everyone else isn't really trying)
Love this Arby's! Different building atmosphere do to it being a little older but glad they did all the remodeling.

It was extremely slow yesterday around 800PM. There was a worker with his headphones on laying down outside and looked out of it. The food took forever, so I thought maybe it was fresh... Nah was cold. Very disappointed and regret saving my once a week splurge on this food. ?

Good for a quick lunch, it would of be enjoyable if they would clean the dining area. It was hard to eat looking at old food on the floors, at the time we were the only people in the restaurant at 11:45am.

There have been some great changes with this Arbys recently. The food is better, the portions larger and there is clearly more attention to detail and customer service. It's a great change!

When using the drive through I did not receive my entire order and didn't notice until I got home. I also asked about sauces for the jalapeño poppers and they said the didn't carry any but very other Arby's I've been to they have.
