This was a great find on our vacation! We tried driving to a place in Anchorage but there was over an hour wait, so we came back to Eagle River and found Jimmy's. The sushi and sashimi were very generously sized and everything was fresh and flavorful. The staff is very friendly and responsive. This is a hole in the wall typical Asian sushi place. I love the food and the service is absolutely awesome, but you have to get past the grungie; everything is so so good and fresh I try not to look too hard at cleanliness. We have only had one item so far that was not recommended and that was their fried Rice, it was so expensive. It did not taste that great and the quantity for the price was disappointing.
