I just waited at your counter for 10 minutes... then I walked out of a non busy restaurant. No staff around to care... Apparently you didn't need customers.
Unless you have lots of time and enjoy cold food mark this one off your list for dine-in. Waited over an hour for our order which was delivered only after talking to the manager. Fries were cold, pasta was cold, garlic bread was cold and pizza dough was raw along the edges. So disappointing. Been coming here for over 29 years but no any more.
Spent 2 hours waiting for a pizza. It came stone cold and looked like it came from Carrs frozen food section. It tasted like a frozen pizza. Makes Gapco's hot and ready seem gourmet. I would like to attribute this to the holidays but the long delivery times have become the norm. When this place is on point, I recommend to everyone. Not so much any more.
