We’ve dined-in when Stalk’s regular menu was available and wanted to try their special Tuesday sandwich series option. It did not disappoint and was at a great value! We tried a variety of items: the loose meat, the Italian beef and the pork tenderloin sandwiches along with the whipped goat cheese and cheese curds appetizers. Everything was phenomenal and we would highly recommend. The only thing to note was the Italian beef gravy was a bit over salted. Looking forward to next time!
My husband and I usually go to Club Paris for our anniversary dinner, but this year we weren't able to get reservations in time due to the holiday weekend. So we decided to give Stalk Steakhouse a try and we were not disappointed! We had been to their Midwest sandwich dinners on Tuesday (amazing pork tenderloin and cheese curds!), but never had their Wednesday-Saturday menu. We both had a filet mignon, I had a side of the morels and my husband had the lobster mac and cheese and the tempura shrimp starter. What an amazing and flavorful meal! The steaks were seared and cooked to perfection. The morels were a melt-in-your-mouth delicacy. The shrimp was perfect with a tiny bit of heat at the end of the bite. And the lobster mac and cheese has ruined all other mac and cheese for us. The service staff was very attentive and our waitress was so polite and friendly. (I didn't catch her name, but she remembered us from coming in for a Tuesday meal last month.) I cannot recommend this place enough, exemplary service and flavorful meals that stick with you long after you’ve left the restaurant! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Just had the most wonderful dinner! Great staff atmosphere and food. We will be back for sure!
⭐️⭐️⭐️ The non-alcoholic mojito was just all sweet with no refreshing twist or soda water pizazz. The meatballs were weird. I couldn’t tell if they were deep fried or what, but the outside was very crispy and tough, but the inside was delicious. The rice paper is unnecessary. The lobster Mac and cheese was way overcooked and unseasoned. The pasta and the sauce was bland. The lobster claw on top was an unsettling texture. It was not worth the $48. The broccolini was burnt and the garlic on it was burnt (both were charred). The steak though, was PERFECT. We had the cowboy butcher’s reserve. It was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. The service was EXCELLENT. Our server was on point with everything and even made some excellent wine suggestions. We will try again at some point.
Fantastic!! Sat at the bar, had a lovely Dragonfruit mimosa. Whipped goat cheese and pepper jelly appetizer with arugula and grilled bread. Ok, this was plenty. I was amazed and satisfied. Then came the filet (medium), scallops with parm risotto and mushrooms, mashed potatoes and charred broccolini sides, and the grande finale: bananas foster crème brûlée 🍌🤯🍌(if this has not won an award yet, it will). We will be back again and again!!
Wow! I truly believe Aaron is “The Bear!” What an amazing meal, including impeccable service at Stalk Steakhouse last week. Five stars!!!!! Looking forward to tomorrow night’s wine pairing dinner. This place is totally worth the drive from Anchorage or the Valley. You won’t regret it!

Last night we experienced the best steak we’ve ever had. Dry aged Porterhouse. Truly memorable. Heirloom tomato salad, heavenly rolls (I’m not kidding), broccolini and asparagus for sides. WOW!!! All amazing but then out came Bananas Foster Crème Brûlée!!!!!! VERY special place!

The service was top notch. The bone in ribeye was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The lobster mac and cheese was so good I could eat it everyday if it don't kill me..

Our visit here was outstanding. Don't see service like this anymore. We were greeted with smiles and proper greetings. Seated with menus and there were plenty of servers around. Quickly, our server Brain P. Stepped up and took drink orders. Very politely giving us time to look over the menu. Once we ordered it wasn't a long time before our food was done. We had the Parker Rolls with honey butter. Ribeye steak, Whipped Farm style potatoes, crispy fingerling potatoes, lobster Mac and cheese, grilled Broccolini, Pecorino and Herbs crusted Halibut w/ whipped potatoes and wilted greens Parmesan leak cream w/ crispy leaks. And dessert was banana Foster's creme brulee and orange olive oil cake. The drinks were Maui Mojito, raspberry lavender lemonade. And a local IPA. Our food was fresh and very delicious. Everything we ordered was so good. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos. Brian and his co-workers were on top of everything. There to wait on us. I definitely recommend this restaurant. The place is very clean and cozy. The service is excellent and the food is worth the money and the trip. We will be there again. Our favorite was the Halibut w the potatoes and the rolls.

The food was delicious, and the service was even better. I really enjoyed sitting at the bar to celebrate my loved one’s birthday. Great pomegranate sangria, and I’m glad to have this upscale restaurant in Eagle River.
