The non-alcoholic mojito was just all sweet with no refreshing twist or soda water pizazz.
The meatballs were weird. I couldn’t tell if they were deep fried or what, but the outside was very crispy and tough, but the inside was delicious. The rice paper is unnecessary.
The lobster Mac and cheese was way overcooked and unseasoned. The pasta and the sauce was bland. The lobster claw on top was an unsettling texture. It was not worth the $48.

Fantastic!! Sat at the bar, had a lovely Dragonfruit mimosa. Whipped goat cheese and pepper jelly appetizer with arugula and grilled bread. Ok, this was plenty. I was amazed and satisfied. Then came the filet (medium), scallops with parm risotto and mushrooms, mashed potatoes and charred broccolini sides, and the grande finale: bananas foster crème brûlée 🍌🤯🍌(if this has not won an award yet, it will). We will be back again and again!!
Wow! I truly believe Aaron is “The Bear!” What an amazing meal, including impeccable service at Stalk Steakhouse last week. Five stars!!!!! Looking forward to tomorrow night’s wine pairing dinner. This place is totally worth the drive from Anchorage or the Valley. You won’t regret it!
