I played dart's for Tips in winter 1979. They threw one heck of a going away party when I left to come home. It was a great local place to be then and from the pictures it looks like it still is

Tips is a great place in Eagle river. Just to go hang out place and pull play some pool tabs and visit with friends. Not a lot of people never overcrowded. That's a nice atmosphere in it. And fun people

Best old time, hole in the wall, blue collar, Alaska at core, and creature dive comforts, bar around these parts. Food can be ordered at the bar from the attached Pete's BBQ. There are pool tables and dart boards and music on the juke! Enjoy.
