The BEST sushi in town and always such great service. Our waitress noticed that I wasn’t eating because I was holding my fussy son and entertained him while I finished my meal ❤️

Ajimi is a fantastic restaurant with great service and delicious food. The Mafia roll and spicy tuna roll were outstanding, and the scallops were perfectly sweet. The spicy salmon appetizer is amazing, and the poke bowl with slivers of mango and salmon has made a big impression on those who don't even like sushi. The portions are generous and provide good value. The warm towel and free soup create a calming atmosphere, with attentive servers and excellent teamwork. The bento, combo #5, and yakisoba were all tasty, and the sushi/sashimi were fresh. The staff are extremely friendly and enjoy their jobs, offering service with a smile. Birthday celebrations are special here, with desserts and happy singing. The sushi cooks at the bar are amazing, and the atmosphere is always nice. With amazing food, epic service, and kind staff, Ajimi is a must-visit spot in Fairbanks, especially for a perfect inexpensive date night.
