As a life-long Fairbanks resident, I have been coming to Fuji since they opened when I was in high school. This place is my favorite sushi joint in town, not only because of the large bay windows, and smaller cozy atmosphere, but the employees are always so kind, and I've never had a meal I did not like. for a few years, I was going so often that they even knew my order. The freshest sushi I had in a while. Shrimp tempura, salmon, spicy tuna. All was delicious. Oreo tempura was an interesting order- probably better when fresh and not cold/soggy. Also get the Tuna pizza, fresh and tasty.
