It's been a minute since I've been to Fairbanks. Got in late and exhausted from traveling all day and wanted something easy, tasty, and comfortable. House of Fire came highly recommended from a few different people, so we went to try it out. We tried both the NY style & Sicilian and I can't even decide which one was better! Everything was incredibly fresh and tasted incredible. Service was friendly and great too.Took a few cannolis home and they were delicious - filling was perfectly balanced.

edited to add: this is thin and crispy new york style pizza. they also offer thick sicilian style if that’s more your jam.After snowmobiling at Fairbanks Snow Sleighers, our guide, Colton, told us we had to try out this pizza spot - so, we did!
