Loved the coffee, ambience, and the service! Kudos to the team! This place is a must visit if you are in Fairbanks.Coffee: large variety of selection. We laughed about not being able to understand the different types of coffee mentioned on the list but the taste made up for it!Ambience: it is quiet, peaceful. There are some board games if you want to spend some quality time. They provide WiFi (although it didn’t work when I tried)Service: excellent. They answered our questions, were patient, and overall good experience.
We ordered a oatmilk coffee latte & a oatmilk chai tea latte. Both arrived lukewarm once we tasted them, it was so disappointing Not Hot.. ughhh! Cost me $12 +left a $2 tip. REALLY $14 for bad hot drinks. +Being charged a buck each for oatmilk. Should of gone to Starbucks.

Ordered white mocha and it was really good. Also ordered a pizza Aegean - was a bit salty but flavorful and crispy.

Very poor customer service. I will not return and I will not recommend. I have been coming here for many years. I am very disappointed.

overpriced, and they forgot about my order entirely (i had to remind them 10 minutes after the rest of my table got their food). likely a problem of poor employee task distribution than a problem with the employees themselves.

Alaska Coffee Roasting Company offers good coffee and food. The staff were very friendly, and we shared a laugh over the pronunciation of Aegean pizza (uh-jee-uhn). The establishment has plenty of tables and free Wi-Fi, making it an ideal spot for some light work or just to hang out!P.S. Not too sure how their pastries or desserts are though.

tables are small chairs uncomfortable, cafeteria style service. Hard to bypass if you're just going to sit down when someone else is ordering for you.
