I can't believe I haven't already left a review, wow! this is the place to eat. Bea, the nice counter lady always me greets with a smile. my partner and i followed the truck around all summer getting the same thing pretty much every time and it never disappoints. when they say the fries are loaded, the fries are LOADED. conveniently located now at the uaf wood center food court (close to my house ?) this week they are having the Thai basil special and that one does not disappoint!...read full review

Great customer service, delicious food & everything was fresh! When they say loaded fries, they mean it. We love trying new places in Fairbanks Alaska and Early Bird Loaded Fries is a must eat! Definitely recommend and tell a friend!

The customer service is exceptional and the wait is short 5-10 minutes. There food is amazing. Great place for quick lunch stop. 10/10 reccomend this place. Fast friendly hot and fresh.
