“I love Buckos so much! I have access to a nice espresso machine at home, but I still find myself going to Buckos several times a week when I’m in town working. All of the baristas are the best and make everyone feel so welcomed and the coffee is amazing. I love their specials; they are so creative with their drinks. I definitely recommend Buckos to anyone who wants good coffee in Fairbanks. They are the best!“
“Updated menu as of November 2023.Ordered the loaded burrito. It was loaded indeed with too much cheese. The horchata coffee special was good, but the flavor definitely overpowered the taste of coffee or not sure if there was even coffee in it. I just assumed since it said "coffee special".“

“Im here in Alaska for vacation from Florida for a week, and I ate here 4 times!!! Couldn't get enough,Tried other coffee booths here but couldn't compare. Best Chai Latte ever and the Jalapeño biscuit sandwich was stupendous. Definitely will come back on my next winter “
“The vegan options are clearly labeled (there's a vegan section on the menu) and our group tried all 3 of the food options from it. They were all really good and filling! I got the vegan sub and added vegan cheese, all the veggies on it were great and the cheese melty. The spiced chai was a little sweet for my preference but it is vegan!“

It was good but not the best in Fairbanks, at least from our very short experience.The service was excellent, and the person serving us was super friendly.We probably should have tried a few other drinks too but we didn't have enough time with everything else to try at Fairbanks.Overall a good place.“
“This is a great dive bar. It's dark, it's dingy, and is a very cool local hang out. The drinks are tasty. They have a music jukebox that you can select songs from. All the locals are very cool. There was one grumpy old bear, but he was funny, and he just needed a drink to warm up.“
“The husband and wife shop is 4-5 min walk to the Westmark hotel. Very convenient for tourists like us. The breakfast bowls and burritos we ordered were very tasteful. The price was reasonable. They were very friendly and even give discounts to military and 1st responders.“
