The food here was so amazing I went twice during my week in fairbanks. I went on "Thanksgiving day" and they had a special menu. The clam chowder, potstickers and teriyaki salmon were "chef's ? "Food: 5/5
SO glad we found the Chowder House on our last trip to Alaska. A packed parking lot of locals is a great sign. Our meal was wonderful.Parking: The parking lot was packed, a great indicator of the food. We were still able to find a spot, the last one.

We are from Georgia and visiting and this place is a gem! Love the halibut corn chowder and the crab rolls and the crab salad they put on sandwiches. Very fast service and worth the money. Came in around 12:30 and we ate and left within 30 minutes because the food came so fast and it was so delicious we finished it fast.
