“OK. This might be a little long/different type post from me but I want to give a big plus to a waitress. We were in Fairbanks Alaska at The Pump House. We were taken care of by not just a good, not a great but my all time best server I have ever had. Her name is Jenna. I want to say that she is my all time best and favorite waitress in my 77 years of being. The food and ambiance were also good. But Jenna was fantastic Thank you Jenna“

“My boyfriend and I had a pretty stressful Christmas Eve. We live in Goldstream, had no running water and needed to get an airbnb in town while that got fixed. We were starving and needed a beer on Christmas Eve and these folks were open and SLAMMED. There were only a few folks working and they were so friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely incredible. I had the sweet n sour chicken and he had the beer bulgogi which were both INCREDIBLE…but the star of the show was the crab Rangoon. OMG. If you come here you have to get it. It was like a dessert. Thank you all for an amazing and welcoming dining experience!!!“

I have to give a very special shout-out to Denaeuh. If you get a chance, don’t leave Fairbanks without spending time with her at the bar in Pike’s Landing restaurant. She’s a genuine person with outstanding customer service and hospitality. Her drinks, food recommendations, service, and conversation were excellent!
