“This is the spot!! The chowder was perfect couldn't decide so I went with the smoked salmon and halibut, both were incredible! The smokiness of the salmon was fantastic and the halibut was fresh and had big pieces of halibut! Seafood pasta was well worth it! Couldn't finish it that's rare for me! We also had the teriyaki salmon bowl and the salmon was cooked perfectly! Jenna and Elianna were absolutely amazing their friendly demeanor made us feel very welcome! If the owner is reading this give then a raise!“
“Ivory jacks is our go to, even though it's a short drive from town by car, and a beautiful ride by snogo. The service is quick, the wait times are short, the drinks are always flowing, the snow machines trails are great on the way! Thank you ivory jacks for being consistent ??“
“This was our favorite place we dined at during our stay in Fairbanks. Brunch on Sunday was incredible and a really great deal. We had to come back to try the crab and were not disappointed! I will 100% return here if I get the opportunity to visit Alaska “
“Wow. This restaurant is amazing. Such delicious food, each meal incredible with layers of flavor and thoughtfulness. The chef cooks with so much love and it shows. He truly has a gift with soup, and for making the Alaskan ingredients stars on each plate. We stayed at Borealis Basecamp for three nights and the food at Latitude 65 was an absolute highlight. Scallops with candied mustard seeds and pickled grapes, Alaskan halibut with a morel cream sauces from mushrooms the chef harvested himself, short ribs wow, and a really really good burger. Every dish we had was so special. And all with a spectacular view and wonderful service. Really grateful I got the chance to enjoy this.“
“This review is purely on the Bar/Lounge side, not the restaurant side. Visited on a Saturday evening, most visitors I would assume are hotel guests most of whom are labor hands driving to/from the north, so that gives you an idea of the crowd. This is probably the better lounges in town, open and plenty of seating. The bar is tiny but packs a punch. It may not have have a big barside but they can make just about any cocktail you want... thus, no physical menu. That's may bit annoying for someone who isn't a usual drinker and needs a list to choose from. Also, had no clue how they charge for drinks. Food was surprisingly good, not sure why I had low expectations. The food came out at a reasonable rate. We had pulled pork nachos, foccacia bread and calamari. All were great. Service was relatively good. We weren't waited on very much, I'm guessing just typical evening traffic and chaos, but the ladies who did serve were very friendly and nice.Get the peanut butter pie. You won't regret it.“
“We were in Fairbanks for a Gymnastics competition and decided we wanted some Steak for dinner. Found this little hole in the wall gem on Google. Wow!!!! Everything was fantastic. My wife and I both had the Foxy cut, Rare and Medium well respectfully. Both cuts just melted in your mouth. The portion size, the flavor, the tenderness. Everything was perfect. The children both had the Salad bar and split chicken fingers. Even that portion size was huge. And let's not forget the Escargot. Very nicely sized with a wonderful garlic, butter ratio with some lemon on top. I would highly recommend finding this place if you're in Fairbanks.“
“I went to check out this place because it had a great reviews. This place is right over the river. It gives you a nice view of the river. We went during the winter so the river was frozen. The place was little pricey but I guess this is Alaska. We got fish and chips and soup. Nice food. I would suggest to go for the ambience and river.“
“Tucked away in Fairbanks, Alaska, is a modest Korean eatery offering a limited yet satisfying menu. Despite its small selection, the restaurant shines with its delicious bibimbap, served in traditional stone bowls. While the decor is simple, the focus is on delivering authentic Korean flavors rather than extravagant ambiance. Though not the most extensive or remarkable spot, it serves as a cozy retreat for those craving a taste of Korea in the Last Frontier.“
