“OK. This might be a little long/different type post from me but I want to give a big plus to a waitress. We were in Fairbanks Alaska at The Pump House. We were taken care of by not just a good, not a great but my all time best server I have ever had. Her name is Jenna. I want to say that she is my all time best and favorite waitress in my 77 years of being. The food and ambiance were also good. But Jenna was fantastic Thank you Jenna“

“My boyfriend and I had a pretty stressful Christmas Eve. We live in Goldstream, had no running water and needed to get an airbnb in town while that got fixed. We were starving and needed a beer on Christmas Eve and these folks were open and SLAMMED. There were only a few folks working and they were so friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely incredible. I had the sweet n sour chicken and he had the beer bulgogi which were both INCREDIBLE…but the star of the show was the crab Rangoon. OMG. If you come here you have to get it. It was like a dessert. Thank you all for an amazing and welcoming dining experience!!!“

Our service was amazing, the attentiveness was amazing, not too over bearing but enough that not 1 empty plate sat on our table for more than 30 seconds.

We were about 17 mins late to our reservations 🫣 we were not shamed Once. We were greeted with smiles and absolute kindness. Seated immediately and taken care of. Definitely will recommend. Pricey for sure, market price for Lobster and Crab will get ya. Prime rib was excellent, im not a big meat eater, but my husband got the turtle Cut.“

I have to give a very special shout-out to Denaeuh. If you get a chance, don’t leave Fairbanks without spending time with her at the bar in Pike’s Landing restaurant. She’s a genuine person with outstanding customer service and hospitality. Her drinks, food recommendations, service, and conversation were excellent! One of the highlights of the visit was talking with the owner, Nick Stepovich. He was incredibly welcoming and genuinely excited to share local Fairbanks history and Alaska lore. From stories about his family history — including his grandfather serving as governor of Alaska — to surprising connections with the area we’re from in Oregon, Nick was a wealth of knowledge and made the experience feel personal and memorable.

The food absolutely delivered. The king crab burger came out piping hot and was outstanding, the french fries were perfectly done, and the strawberry rhubarb pie topped the meal off perfectly. Friendly wait staff and a great atmosphere made the whole experience even better.
