Great dining experience in Fairbanks. I loved the prime rib and felt it was some of the best in town. The fish and chips were amazing. Glad it is a regular restaurant now where you don’t feel you need to stuff yourself to get your money’s worth.

Interesting setup with different outdoor food stations (one for salad bar, one for desserts, one for beverages and one for entrees). I had the crab legs and my in-laws had the halibut fish & chips. Food was good and the staff was very friendly.
